Thanks to our hosts for the evening, Spike Island, who put on a great space for everyone to look around before, during and after the talks, and who ran two great bars as well as responding to every request with a solution.
Thanks to Prestige who turned up with hundreds of chairs and turned a vast empty room into a great auditorium. And thanks also to Riot Events whose audio equipment completed that transformation and helped our speakers’ voices match their slides on the giant screen.
Thanks, as ever, to the kinds folks at Films@59 who lent us the cameras to shoot the videos that Beeston Media and Oliver Kendall are even now working on. And thanks, of course, to our speaker turned paparazzo SimonSkies.
A special thanks to Andrew Kelly at the Bristol Festival of Ideas for helping us reach a wider audience by including us in the line up for this year’s festival.
Ignite Bristol will return in September when we will again be hosted by the excellent Tobacco Factory Theatre – we hope you’ll join us.
